Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lexington Law.
Paralegal
It was a super short process. They were mainly just checking if I was personable and could pass a 40 WPM test. That's all that mattered. Then it was a month of learning their process and credit.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
Paralegal
Applied online, got a call within 1-2 days. Then went in for an interview, where I had to do a typing test. After passing that, the interview was pretty standard with common questions. They discussed my potential work hours. Afterward, I met with a supervisor who asked mostly the same questions. The supervisor gave the recruiter a great review, and then I was given my start date. I then completed background check and W2 forms.
- What makes you want to join Lexington law firm?
Paralegal
It was a friendly, optimistic, and not-too-long interview. It felt comfortable, professional, and informative. I left with a clear understanding of the job requirements and got to take a tour of the facility. The place is very large and spacious with friendly employees.
- How are your typing skills when multitasking?
