Customer Service Representative Paralegal
I applied and then about a month later, the recruiter called to check if I was still interested. We talked about shifts and availability, and I confirmed I was. She said she'd review my resume and call back, which she did about 20 minutes later with a job offer. I accepted, and she scheduled the interview. When I got there, I was given a paper with two questions about difficult and spectacular past job situations. After I finished that, I met with two people for an interview where they asked general questions, including my five-year goals. I also had to take a typing test online and bring the results, which I did. They hired me on the spot after the interview.

Customer Set Up Representative
The interview process was quite short and straightforward. It began with a phone call, and then progressed to an in-person meeting. They asked a few straightforward questions and showed me around the offices. Just be ready for a casual chat with the recruiter and keep a positive, enthusiastic attitude, and it should go well. It's also a really good idea to research the company before your interview.
