Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

So, my sales associate interview was pretty thorough. First up was a screening call to see if I was a good fit. After that, I chatted one-on-one with some of the hiring managers and people from HR. It was a chance to show them I've got good communication skills, know my sales stuff, and am really focused on making customers happy. They also had me do some skill tests and role-playing, which was cool for showing how I'd handle actual sales stuff.

I applied for the graphic designer job and was contacted pretty quickly to schedule an in-person interview. The interview went well and I really liked the people I met, which made me excited about the possibility of working there. After four weeks, they finally reached out about a second interview. I responded with my availability for the days they suggested, but then I didn't hear back even after trying multiple times to set up that second interview. It was pretty disappointing.

Behavioral Other

The hiring and interview process was very thorough. I started by talking to a hiring coordinator through the website chat and sent them my resume and cover letter. Then I got a follow-up email with a personality survey. After that, I had a phone interview. Soon after, they sent me an application form. Finally, I met the manager in person. I was sent for a drug screen right after the interview and they ran a background check. About a week later, I got a phone call confirming I got the position. Both phone and in-person interviews were good experiences, straightforward and friendly.

Behavioral Technical Other

Got contacted after a couple of weeks after applying multiple ways. Had two phone interviews, the second one led to an in-person interview at the store. Then there was a background check and drug test. It was pretty fast once it got going. Having a reference from someone who already works there helps.
