The interview process is quite lengthy, typically spanning 4 to 5 rounds, and can take up to two months to complete. Despite the extended timeline, the interview experiences are generally positive, with most interviews conducted online. The offer letter usually arrives one to two weeks after the final round. A reference check is also part of the process, which involves some additional paperwork and consent from the candidate, but it doesn't take too long.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn about this new role. First, I talked to the hiring manager, then I interviewed with who would be my new lead. After they gave me the green light, I went on to interview with two other leaders in the area. Lastly, I met with my lead again to present my portfolio and talk about my change management strategy.

First, there was a 20-minute screening with the recruiter. Then, the hiring manager emailed me some times for a phone interview. I responded, but then got no response, so I figured they weren't interested anymore. Two weeks later, the recruiter apologized and said they did want to schedule that phone interview, which we did that week. After that, they contacted me saying they wanted me to come in for four back-to-back interviews with people from different departments I'd be working with. I went in for two interviews, and then met the hiring manager who told me the VP wasn't going to be able to interview after all and he'd be the last one. I finished the interviews, and the next day the recruiter left a message saying they wanted a final phone interview with the VP. I gave them some available times, and again, no response. I sent one last follow-up email two weeks later but never heard back. Even though the interviewers were nice, the lack of response, even when they reached out first, made me think they're either disorganized or avoid conflict. It would have been good to have some closure. The interviews for the team were more about seeing if I'd fit in with the group. The hiring manager didn't ask me any questions during the in-person interview and just asked if I had questions for him.
