Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Levi Strauss.
Financial Analyst
The process included a recruiter call, manager call, director call, VP of finance call, and another director call. Majority behavioral so asking about my work ethic, strength/weakness, etc. One of the interviewers asked about how I would approach forecasting but it was very high level.
- What do you consider your greatest strengths?
- Can you describe your work ethic?
- What are your strongest and weakest points?
Financial Analyst
Went to an informational session, then had a one-on-one interview.
- What are your career goals?
- Can you share your experiences?
- Do you have any questions about the analyst role specifically?
Financial Analyst
The interview process begins with phone screenings. Following that, there's a one-on-one meeting with a manager from the company, though not necessarily your direct manager. The next stage involves a group interview with several leads and/or managers from the hiring department. It's also typical for a manager from a different department to join this group interview. You can dress casually for the interview; wearing a business suit would make you stand out oddly. A pair of jeans, like Levi's, would be appropriate.
- If I were to join the management team, how would I apply management strategies to colleagues who are currently my peers?
