The first interview was a 30-minute screen call where I got a lot of questions but no info about the company or why the role is interesting. The next interview was supposed to be an hour but ended up being two hours. The recruiter never took time to pitch the company during this interview. When I emailed the recruiter afterward, I never heard back.

Amazing onboarding experience! Best company I have ever worked for! Very healthy company culture! Management is understanding and doesn't micro-manage. The company supports self-improvement, self-learning, and empowerment.

I interviewed with LevelUp back in January. The phone screen was great, and the first interview seemed okay, though the interviewer was a bit cold and asked really specific questions where it felt like there was only one right answer I couldn't quite figure out. They then had another interview with upper management, which went well. They ended up offering me a role that was lower than we'd discussed and paid less than we'd agreed upon. I declined, and we left it at that. The very next day, the original recruiter texted me wanting to chat on the phone. We set up a call for the following week, and they mentioned that if things went well with the client call, they might be able to make something work. I arranged the calls with the client, and everything seemed good until they suddenly decided they weren't interested anymore. It felt like a complete waste of my time.
