The first interview was a 30-minute screen call where I got a lot of questions but no info about the company or why the role is interesting. The next interview was supposed to be an hour but ended up being two hours. The recruiter never took time to pitch the company during this interview. When I emailed the recruiter afterward, I never heard back.

So, my experience with LevelUp HCS was pretty rough and draining. I went through a bunch of interviews, and they kept saying all the feedback was great and they 'definitely wanted me on the team.' They even asked for my thoughts on the offer, and I was super excited and honest. But, they never shared any details about benefits or the full compensation, and when I asked two different people, they had no clue. I only got info on the job duties. Then, just silence. I sent three emails over a week, all polite, and got nothing back. Suddenly, I got an automated rejection on LinkedIn saying my application was closed. No explanation, no response, just ghosted after talking about an offer. Seriously, if you care about your time, energy, and dignity, be careful with this company. It felt misleading and unprofessional. Don't tell someone you want them on your team and ask for their feedback if you're going to ghost them. Own your choices and be decent. Closing a process like that, especially after making someone think an offer is coming, is not okay. It's a big red flag about what working there is like.

The interview process was very thorough. I met with three senior team members and received a decision within 24 hours, which felt very streamlined. I met with the onsite team and the end client on the same day.

Horrible... they made me go through 7 interviews, and then the final one was with the client. But I got rejected because I needed to fly to my town, and they insisted on having the final interview exactly that day, just that day. They didn’t understand I was on vacation, so all 7 successful interviews ended up being a complete waste of time just because I couldn’t cancel my flight to attend their call. So unprofessional. They really need to shorten the process, 2 interviews with LevelUp and 2 with the client should be more than enough. Not 7 with them!
