Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Level Access.
Account Executive
The interview process spanned about 3 months. It was very thorough with about 6 total interviews. You meet with future teammates, your boss and your bosses boss from my experience.
- Can you share an instance where you secured a deal you initially thought was out of reach?
- Describe a situation where you lost a deal you were confident you had already won.
- What lessons did you learn from that lost deal?
Named Account Executive
I interviewed over two months with the hiring manager, solutions team, and execs. I got positive feedback and was told I was the top candidate. I even got a verbal offer twice and heard the written offer was being processed. But after more last-minute meetings and unexpected steps, they decided not to proceed. While companies can change hiring plans, the unclear and inconsistent process was time-consuming and tough. I'm sharing this to stress transparent communication and aligned internal processes during hiring, hoping it helps others manage their time.
- What makes you want to work for Level Access?
Account Executive
This hiring process might take a while, so you should be ready for all the interviews. There are quite a few interviews, and you'll get to show what you can do. It was pretty long, but totally worth it. You’ll talk to different people at Level Access during the whole thing.
- Demonstrate your sales abilities.
- What makes you the best candidate to advance?
