Behavioral Case

It was a pretty simple and casual interview. I met the manager at the store and they asked me some questions about my knowledge and about scenarios to see how I would perform in the position.

Behavioral

The process starts with an online application and then a phone interview. This phone interview has pretty standard questions like your strengths and weaknesses, why you want this job, and what makes a good supervisor. It usually lasts about ten to twenty minutes. After that, there's a final interview with a district manager, but I didn't do that part since I took another job before then.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and got an email a week later to set up a phone interview with HR, which was about 15 minutes. A few days after that, I got another email to schedule a meeting with the District Manager. This was in person and had a lot of structured questions, lasting about an hour. After two weeks, I heard back for another phone interview with the Regional VP, which took about 30 minutes.
