It started with a quick phone screen. Then I was invited for a panel interview, which they said could have up to 8 people, but there were fewer in mine. We all stayed in the same room and were asked some standard interview questions. They also had an exercise where we had to work together as interviewees. I'd recommend being collaborative during the panel part and not trying to make others look bad, as it could backfire. After that, I had individual interviews with different managers, who really need to improve their interview skills. They asked really basic questions, and I only got about 2 behavioral questions, with a lot of repetition across managers. There were a few follow-up calls, but nothing concrete was decided yet. They mentioned background checks were taking a while, but the whole process took way too long, and I couldn't wait any longer.

Behavioral Presentation

I got a call about 3 weeks after applying, which was a nice surprise. I went in and it was busy, which is to be expected. Someone noticed I was waiting and asked if I'd been helped. I met with the HR specialist and we went to a conference room. The manager started by asking me to talk about myself, then switched to asking if I had questions. I really liked that they let me drive the conversation. After about an hour where I asked questions and shared some stories, they asked me to stay for a tour.

The interview process was super long and dragged out. The recruiter made it sound like the job required top-secret clearance. The interviewers kept saying this was the hardest interview I would ever have, and that only 20% of people make it through and get an offer. The whole thing took over a month of back and forth. I had an interview in a group of 4, and then I was chosen to come back for another interview with 4 managers.
