It was a 5-round interview process, all done remotely via video calls. They were looking for someone to manage construction projects, specifically for new hangars and runways. The salary offered was 43K lower than what I'm currently making, so I turned down the offer. They did offer meal vouchers and ongoing training.

Applied in November 2024 and had to do a video interview the next day. Then got an email in Feb 2025 saying they thought I was a good fit and would be in touch. Chased them up in June 2025 as I hadn't heard anything and they told me the job was filled and they wouldn't move forward with my application. Really disappointed because I felt like I wasted a lot of time and wasn't kept in the loop.
