Mechanical Engineer
the interview process at leonardo seems to be a series of interviews and online assessments, which are all quite easy and self explanatory. I completed the online interviews and am currently waiting to hear back
- Why would you want to work at this company?
Mechanical Designer
Had an appointment with the Company. Besides HR, there were managers from various departments, as well as from design. I gave a general presentation of my profile, from which the first question arose, and then the subsequent ones. They appreciated the reasoning to reach the answer, beyond its correctness. They asked about my salary expectations and the HR manager presented the proposed employment classification.
- How does an airplane fly?
- Explain the principle of action and reaction.
- Sketch a mechanical part.
Mechanical Engineer
I had a recruiter call where they asked about my hobbies and Ohm's second law. The recruiter had a condescending tone and acted like they knew everything. After the interview, HR never gave me feedback. I'm leaving this review because it's true, but mainly because I need to be able to read other reviews and I have to leave one. Leonardo is a defense company, remember that, weapons = war.
- What hobbies do you have and can you explain Ohm's second law?
