First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leonardo.
Contract Manager
They reached out to me. The first call was with an internal HR person who asked about my education and work history. They confirmed my interest in the position and mentioned I'd be contacted for a Teams interview with another HR representative if the selection process continued. Two months passed, and I'd almost forgotten about it. I was then contacted by email to schedule the Teams meeting. Again, they inquired about my educational background and work experience. They also asked about my current salary, and I stated it without any reaction. I immediately made it clear that to relocate to the office (which is 1 hour and 20 minutes away from home), I would only consider offers that at least match my current salary after accounting for gas and highway expenses. With this point clarified, they said I would be contacted for an in-person interview with the business team. I never heard from them again.
- Could you tell me about your role as a salesperson, what your capabilities are, and what you've done previously?
- What is your current salary?
Contract Manager
It was a 3-step process, one group interview and two individual ones. One individual interview was with HR and the other technical one was with the head of the office. They responded fairly quickly. There were no specific software tests, but there was an English test.
- Why do you want to work at Leonardo?
Contract Manager
The process was easy and direct. The assigned tasks for the role weren't clearly understood, but overall it was alright. If another opportunity arose, I would still accept. This is within the helicopter sector, and the work itself is very appealing looking forward.
- Are you open to relocating to Malpensa?
