This employer cancelled 10 times on me and was rude. They advertised a paid internship but then said it would be unpaid and require many extra hours that wouldn't count towards my internship requirements. The interviewer was arrogant and condescending.

I went through an interview process facilitated by my university. It started with an initial introductory meeting, and the next step was a technical interview. This technical interview was with the technical lead at their Rome office. Ultimately, I didn't get an offer, but it was a positive experience overall.

the process was clearly outlined on the website, it had 3 stages. first a video interview, then a games assessment, and finally a face to face interview where they assessed my technical skills. I also had a Teams or face to face interview with team leads. it was challenging but encouraging, and I had to give a presentation to showcase my engineering skills before the interview.
