I was contacted to set up a phone screen with the recruiter, then a short call with the hiring manager. I was invited in for an in person interview. The interview was a bunch of questions. I would have loved to have heard back from them, but I was ghosted. Even after following up with them. Nada.

It took about a month from when I applied to get contacted. They didn't schedule the interview for another 2-3 weeks after that. I talked to two different people, one who was a level above me and another who was at a similar level. We toured the facility, and then they went into detail about the position and how the company is structured. We talked about my past experience with the technologies they're using now. The latter part of the interview was all about behavioral questions.
