Product Management Intern
The interview process was very good; you get to meet like-minded and smart people. It was a really professional setup, and people were calm and collective, though the position was very competitive.
- Is India ready for EVs?
- Launch the product, including targeted markets, competitor analysis, and app features, after being given a product description.
Product Manager
The HR team could have been more aware about the process. After 2 rounds of interviews of 1 hour each, HR calls to inform that feedback has been positive and the documents must be shared to process the offer. After that, an assignment is shared by HR saying this is the final round of the process. Upon sharing the assignment solution, they again request another discussion saying that will be the final round. During that discussion, the panel informs that the feedback is positive and there is a final round of interviews. During that 4th round of interview, the panel only asks behavioral questions and shares positive feedback. But 5 days later I received a regret mail without any feedback. Upon requesting the team to share some feedback for improvement, there's no response.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you walk me through this case study?
Product Manager
The interview was really short, only 18 minutes. It felt like a really bad way to judge a PM candidate. The interviewer focused on one specific product use case and seemed to expect a very particular answer, rejecting any other ideas. There wasn't any room to discuss different ways of approaching the problem.
- Could you design a chatbot for an e-commerce business?
