The hiring process is really old school and the HR team is super unprofessional. They have multiple rounds, ask for your documents, and then take forever to get back to you. They don't even tell you if you've been selected or rejected. In the meantime, they do background checks in the market and spread the word that you're looking for a job. They'll keep you waiting for feedback while interviewing other candidates.

So, first up, folks send in their applications, and HR does a quick look-over. If you pass that, you'll get a call, either phone or video, just to chat a bit. Then comes a technical or skills test, followed by a few interviews with the team and managers. The very last interviews might involve higher-ups or people from other departments. After that, they check your references and background. If all good, an offer is made. Once you accept, we get you set up with onboarding and orientation, and we try to give feedback all along the way.
