Behavioral

I just finished my interview and I'm not too interested in an offer from the feeling I received during my interview. I was asked about how much my currently salary is and declined to answer as my salary is not what I'm looking for a new company. My decline to answer my currently salary shifted the recruiters tone and further my entire interview. I felt uncomfortable and proceeded to wrap up the interview as I was short answered when I asked important questions as to what the position was expected to perform

Behavioral Technical

I first talked to the Store Manager on the phone. He had an opening but had to check with district managers to make sure hiring was still active. After that, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. We talked about my skills and how I interact with people. The discussion covered working shifts, including weekends, and how I'd manage long-term employees who might be resistant to a new person. It also included details about closing the lab late for walk-in customers, closing the store, doing closing reports, and making out duty rosters for the coming weeks. I would also be responsible for dealing with any employee issues that came up.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a panel interview done over the phone. I spoke with the corporate recruiter and the VP of Stores for North America. It felt like an intimidating process, especially since I was already acting in the role before the interview. Some parts of the interview felt like we should have already covered them.
