The interview process was very thorough, well-organized, and engaging. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly respectful of my time and asked really relevant questions. I have to give a special shout-out to Lesley Jones, the internal recruiter. She was honestly the best recruiter I've ever worked with. They had a few open roles, and she really took the time to figure out which one would be the best fit for both me and Lenovo. She was direct, honest, and super diligent. It was actually hard to say no just because she was so wonderful. She's a real asset to the profession and the company.

I talked to 4 managers. The first interview was not great. This person had a script and was reading scenarios and not listening to my answers. He also asked me about my personal life and other job-irrelevant things. (He ended up hiring me.) The other three managers were much nicer and asked good questions. The office itself was quiet, with cubicles and lots of windows.
