It was a quite lengthy interview process with 7 separate discussions of which 2 were with the hiring manager, 2 with Recruiter and 3 with peers in the company. I found the questions to be pertinent, but not very challenging - it seemed as if they were looking to confirm resume information, not necessarily to understand fitness for the role. The disapointment was the fact that they cancelled the position.

The interview process started with an online assessment, then moved on to individual and group case studies. While it's a well-defined and structured process, it's been moving really slowly, taking 3 months so far. There were some tech issues that also contributed to the delays. On the bright side, the managers involved in the hiring process seem very positive.

Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter to talk about the role and get my details. Then there were 3 rounds that mixed technical and management questions to see if I had the right technical knowledge and would fit the team. These all happened one after another over a few weeks. The last round was with a Solution Architect and was all about deep Networking and Computing knowledge.
