First you have an interview with HR, and if you pass that, you'll interview with your manager. If they decide to move forward with you, you'll do the psychometric and pre-employment medical exams. It went fast for me but it can take a while.

The hiring process took about two weeks. First, there was a call to go over the job details, like tasks and pay, and to see if I wanted to continue. Once I agreed, the second week involved a group activity where I had to present a proposal for a made-up company, highlighting Lenovo's relevance, services, and successful projects. After that, I had an interview with the department manager, who discussed the company and the role's responsibilities in more depth, and also tested my Excel and English skills.
