The hiring manager, a director, and HR all interviewed me. I also met with peers. Each interview was an hour long. One of the interviews had multiple interviewers. The whole process took about 6 weeks.

It was a smooth process, starting with a call screen, and then going directly to the hiring manager. It seemed like everything was going well until I received a rejection email. I believe the hiring manager was fine, but the HR person who initially contacted me, who I think was from Brazil, had other priorities.

I applied online, and they got back to me if they liked my application. Then I had an online recorded video interview where I had to answer questions on camera. If they liked my video, I was invited for an on-site interview in Raleigh, NC. The first night there was a meet and greet with other candidates and staff. The next day there was an interview that included a "Why Lenovo" pitch to some employees, a 2:1 interview where two employees questioned me, and a team exercise where we had to come up with a game with the highest margins possible that we could market in a certain amount of time. I had a very negative experience during the in-person interview in Raleigh. They only offered to reimburse gas expenses for my drive from the DC area, and upon arrival at the hotel, I had to pay for the room myself and wait several weeks for reimbursement. The promised gas expense reimbursement also never came through, and the recruiter stopped responding to my emails about it. The recruiter also shared my personal information with a third-party contractor, CTG, which I found unprofessional. Although I accepted a much better offer before Lenovo's decision, they still forwarded my information to a third party. Given my experience, I would be hesitant to consider Lenovo in the future.
