The process was smooth. HR Recruiter kept me well-informed about next steps and any delays. I first interviewed with HR over the phone, then met with the local DM in person. Later, I had another DM interview over the phone and concluded with a final interview over the phone with the Regional Director.

Had 3 interviews. First one was with my potential boss. Then I had an interview with him and his boss. The last interview was with the two of them and their best salesman. The salesman debriefed me. He wanted to know my quotas, who I knew in the industry, what I thought of my boss and the other manager, and some technical questions. He also asked for examples of my best projects.

I had a phone interview with HR. They then scheduled an interview with the district manager, who is the hiring manager and whose decision seemed to hold the most weight. Following that, I had a daunting phone interview with the region director, but I got through it.
