First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lennox International.
Manager
Had 2 phone/virtual interviews and 1 in-person. It was mostly a 1-on-1 interview process. The company seems decent, but some of their methods feel a bit behind the times. The management people were nice, though. I did get conflicting info from different interviewers about the job's duties and what to focus on.
- Reason for seeking new employment?
Manager
It was a full day of interviews with 6 people from various departments. Some of them seemed engaged, while others were just going through the motions. After the last interview, they showed me out and said they'd be in touch later.
- Could you share which sales books you regularly read and follow?
Parts Manager
It was a quick process. They brought me down to Texas for the last interview, which was more of a panel style. I did get turned down after the last one, but it was clear communication and overall a good experience.
- How would you build relationships with the salespeople you'd manage?
