Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lennox International.
Intern
A recruiter got in touch on Linkedin and I connected with the Hiring Manager at the school career fair. There were 3 rounds of interviews, 2 behavioral ones with the team, and 1 whiteboard challenge. The interviews happened 2-3 weeks apart.
- What are your expectations for this role?
Intern
The interview process was pretty simple. I first talked to the department manager I was applying to, and then I met some of the team members. The interviews were casual and focused on practical skills rather than behavioral or standard interview questions. An initial call with someone from HR discussed available positions and expectations. I then had an in-person interview and a group interview about a week later. About three weeks after I first interviewed, I got an offer.
- Why are you interested in Lennox?
- What aspects of Lennox do you believe you could enhance based on your learning?
- In what ways do you anticipate Lennox contributing to your professional development?
Intern
The whole process took around 2 months. A recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn and then had my resume checked by the team. Following that, I went through 3 interview rounds, which included both behavioral and technical questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want this particular job?
