I spoke with someone from a temp agency first, and they wanted me to say certain things. Then I had a meeting with the department manager and the team lead. It was a good and really informative conversation.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I put my resume and cover letter in through someone I knew. Got a call back about a week later to come in for an interview. It was a group panel interview with three people (the manager and some supervisors). Lots of personality questions were asked during the interview. I didn't get an offer until a whole month had passed, by which time I figured I didn't get the job. I accepted their offer and worked there for a few months. The process might be different because a coworker mentioned getting an offer the day after their first interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was great! I interviewed with the branch manager first, who was a very down-to-earth guy, and then interviewed with two more people. They were both very pleasant. They not only asked about my skills but also wanted to know what type of person I am. This made me feel better, showing that if I worked there, it wouldn't just be a punch-in, punch-out type of job; it shows they care for you not only as a potential employee but as a person. Needless to say, I am currently a full-time Lennox employee and I'm not only well-compensated for the work I do but appreciated as a person. I feel Lennox is a #1 company to work for, I don't care what Forbes has listed.
