Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lennox International.
Senior IT Analyst
It was comfortable. You need to present yourself well, talk about your experience and highlights. Explain the level of technical exposure you have and stay keen on the questions. Think and answer. Keep challenges you faced handy.
- What makes you a good candidate for this role?
Business Analyst
I spoke with the hiring manager for about 28 minutes. They asked a lot of questions that didn't really align with a Business Analyst role, feeling more like a developer position. I only had about 2 minutes left at the end to ask my own questions, so I didn't really get to learn much about the job.
- Can you explain how you would go about developing a webpage given certain conditions?
- What are the necessary configuration settings to ensure specific sections of a webpage are displayed based on the country?
IT Business Analyst
A recruiting agency reached out to me. The whole thing wrapped up in under two weeks. Strangely, the internal HR part took the most time. But yeah, it was a decent experience overall.
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses, career goals, accomplishments, and any mistakes you've made?
- Are you able to answer technical questions relevant to the IT Business Analyst role?
