Lennar’s sales interview process usually kicks off with a phone screen. After that, you’ll have interviews, either in person or online, with sales managers. They'll ask you behavioral and sales-related questions, and you might have to do some role-playing. Finally, before they extend an offer, you’ll have a chat with the leadership team.
- What primarily drives you in sales?

It was a bit chaotic. It ended up spanning a few months, and eventually, the position was offered. The original person I dealt with for the interview was let go during the process.
