Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lennar.
Development Manager
The interview process had a few parts: first a screen call, then a phone chat with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview. They were very clear about what to expect throughout the process and what the role entailed day-to-day. They also included a senior person in the role to give some perspective and ask more questions.
- What is the expected timeline for you to start making contributions in this position?
Manager
I applied online. A recruiter reached out a few weeks later. There were two rounds of interviews, and then silence. I've followed up multiple times but I guess I'm being ghosted.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Manager
It took a couple of months before I heard anything. I got a phone interview and then went on to a one on one interview with the regional manager. There was a third interview where I was introduced to the local office I would be working at.
- Tell me about the biggest challenges in your career.
- Why do you believe you are the best fit for this position?
