First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lennar.
Customer Care Representative
I interviewed in person with several managers, then had a follow-up with the department head. It was pretty straightforward, mostly situational questions about customer service and how I'd react in different scenarios.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deny a customer's request?
- Tell me about a time you said no to a customer.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was great, and I'm waiting on an offer. The interviewer was nice, which made things go smoothly. They asked straightforward questions and let me ask my own. The main thing they cared about was if I could handle upset, angry homeowners.
- What makes you want to pursue a career in customer service?
Customer Care Manager
I had two interviews. The first one, the hiring manager was upfront and let me know that corporate was going to redefine the role and it would take a couple months. After some time passed, the second interview went well, and I got the job offer about a week later.
- Tell me about a professional challenge you encountered and how you resolved it.
- Can you describe your daily responsibilities in your last role?
