I thought there was an opening for this position when I went in for the interview. They asked questions about my knowledge of the job and about specific employees I had worked with and their performance. After the interview, I felt they questioned my abilities not only because I lacked knowledge but also because they thought my gender might be an issue with trade partners. They ultimately told me there were no openings and didn't hire me.
