Graduate Program
It was an online video interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my experience, how I handle challenges, my strengths and weaknesses, and share a success story. The difficulty was average.
- Could you please introduce yourself, and discuss your strengths and weaknesses?
Graduate Program
The whole assessment took about 5 hours. It started with a group exercise where we had to pick contractors for a project based on some requirements. Then, we had to give a presentation on "Given the current economic climate, what must Lendlease focus on to ensure we are the first choice partner for our clients?" Finally, there was a 45-minute structured interview with general questions.
- What do you know about Health&Safety?
- Can you tell me about the role you've applied for?
- Describe a situation where you had to tell a customer some bad news.
Graduate Program
I applied online and then after about 2-3 weeks, they sent me an email to do a video interview. I had 72 hours to complete it, and it took me about 10 minutes. The questions were pretty general and not too tough.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- How does this program align with your future career goals?
