We start with an online application form, then a video interview. If you pass that, you'll be invited to do some online tests. The final stage is an assessment centre, which was pretty relaxed. It involved a group exercise and an interview. We also got to meet some of the current graduates and they showed us around one of Lendlease's current projects. It was a fun day and the interviews were really friendly. My advice is just to relax and be yourself.

After passing the online test and video interview, I had an in-person interview with two interviewers. They were friendly and polite, introduced themselves, and asked me to talk a bit about myself. Then, they asked two to three questions. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

So I applied online for the graduate program. After that they sent me an invitation for a video interview through Sonru. This video interview is standard; however, after finishing the interview, I still have not heard anything back from them.
