Behavioral Technical

Worst interview process ever. They scheduled several phone calls that got cancelled 30 mins after they were supposed to start, happened twice. The second round had technical marketing questions, even though I was told it would only be behavioral. I got to the final round and tried to schedule, but got no response. Then they told me the position was no longer available a week later.

The interview process included a phone call followed by two intensive 3-hour in-person sessions, spread across two days. Each in-person session involved being questioned by 4 different employees. They didn't provide lunch during the first interview, leaving me hungry by the end. Be ready and bring a snack. You get to see the company's 'open work' areas, where everyone is crammed together without privacy. It seems like a cost-saving measure for office space, but forcing people into these environments might reduce productivity. Ultimately, they didn't even follow up to inform me about the job status, which was unprofessional given the time investment.

Coding Behavioral

Got contacted by a recruiter pretty quickly after applying. Had a chat with them within a few days, then had to do a SQL coding test. After that, I talked to the analytics director over the phone. Both interactions were kinda condescending. The recruiter basically implied they wouldn't find anyone qualified in Salt Lake City. And when I asked about moving to HQ, the director spent a bunch of time telling me off about not being able to relocate for a year.
