Had an initial HR call where they asked about my salary expectations. Their offered pay range was significantly lower than the market rate, about 20K less. Despite this, I agreed to proceed. Instead of interviewing with the hiring manager, I was interviewed by some analysts. Some of them seemed to lack basic courtesy. The experience did not go well, and it was clear they weren't sincerely considering my application. It felt like a complete waste of my time, and I should have avoided this company given the reviews.

The interview process was pretty different from what I'm used to. First, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was actually the harder one. Then, for the in-person part, I spent four hours in a cool, modern room that felt more like a furniture gallery than an interview space. I met with six different senior managers one-on-one. It was a super relaxed vibe, mostly just chatting. I think I only got asked about five or six actual interview questions. The main focus seemed to be on whether I'd be a good cultural fit.

Got contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin and then got phone calls too. They said they had lots of open positions. I talked to the recruiter who then set up a phone interview with another recruiter. The interview was supposed to happen, but they never called. After a lot of follow up, I found out they filled all the positions and didn't even tell the candidates. It was unprofessional and makes me wonder about the company.
