So the interview was like this: first, a face-to-face system design interview with two people. Then, a live coding interview over Zoom. After that, an interview with upper management. Finally, an HR interview and they give recommendations. Overall, it was a pretty neutral experience, although one interviewer was kinda weird.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Applied through an employee referral. The whole process took about 4 weeks. It started with a phone interview with the tech team leader. Then, there was an on-site tech interview with the same leader. After that, I had a home test where I had to write code in byteboard, but it didn't work out for me. So, I had to do a second coding task and was given a chance to fix it. Once I got the green light on these stages, I was invited for the final part: an on-site interview with the VP of R&D and an HR manager. The rejection came over the phone from the TA.

System Design Coding Behavioral

The interview process involved a screening, a system design round, a coding round, and a fit interview. Most interviewers were pleasant, though one team lead was quite unusual. HR communication was mostly fine, although there was some ambiguity about receiving questions in advance; however, the interviewer provided them on the spot, which was acceptable.
