I had a short call with HR first, then an on-site interview focusing on High Level/Design. Everyone was super nice throughout. HR prepped me well for the on-site and then gave me feedback on why I didn't get the offer and how to improve. The interviewers were very professional and calm. I really liked them.

The first interview was a 1.5-hour session at their office. It started with 30 minutes covering a company overview, self-introduction, and a description of a project from your current company. The remaining hour focused on a system design question about creating an autocomplete feature, followed by a partly implementation of the algorithm in Python. Despite answering all questions correctly and explaining the solution well, I didn't pass. The HR mentioned it was a 'lack of chemistry' and not a technical rejection. My take is they're looking for team players more than top engineers, so good communication might outweigh technical skills.
