So, the interview process involved standard behavioural questions, and they really wanted to know about my motivations for applying. There was also a part where we discussed my past technical work experiences and how they might fit with what the company is currently working on. They had an initial technical submission as part of the application, but we didn't actually go over that during the interview.

It was mostly technical questions, but it was pretty chill. The guy who was giving the interview was knowledgeable and easy enough to talk to. Not many questions about behavioral stuff.

I had a second interview that was a one on one video call, and I was the only one with video on. Not sure if the hiring manager was lazy or if it was some sort of power move, but it came off as creepy. After that, I was ghosted with no response or feedback from the company, even after I reached out. I found out I was declined by signing into their site. The positions have gone back up several times in the past 2 months, so either they don't know how to fill them or can't.
