First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leidos.
Financial Analyst
It was an in person interview. It was two part interview. First we were dividing into groups of 4 and given a Case study and we had to discuss for 30 minutes and present it to the interviewers. The second part was individual Behavioural interview, where two interviewers will sit in a room with your resume and ask you about your experience and possible technical question (Excel).
- How would you use VLookup
Financial Analyst
It was pretty straight forward. We had a case study with 2 other applicants, and then a behavioral interview with 2 Leidos employees. I did come in a group of 20 though, with another group going before us.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge.
- Describe a challenging situation and your response.
Financial Analyst
This company is an absolute joke. They brought me into Headquarters for a very standard interview. I have been waiting to hear back, but it has been two months and I still have not heard back. I contacted the recruiter 3 weeks ago and she said they are still deciding on who to hire. However, I know for a fact they have hired someone for the position and I have not been told anything.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
