The interview was rude, unwelcome, and disorganized. The hiring manager dropped off mid-interview, which is unacceptable even if the candidate wasn't a fit. The HR sent interviewees who differed from their representation, and the job description didn't match the hiring criteria. It was a complete waste of time.

I had an onsite interview with a panel, including the manager, a lead, and a previous Project Engineer. The questions themselves were standard. However, one of the interviewers, the lead, seemed to be in a bad mood and was passive-aggressive in response to some of my answers. The previous PE was the most pleasant interviewer by far, which is too bad since the other two were in leadership. I'm glad I didn't get an offer.

First, there was a phone screening with HR. Then, a panel interview happened with people of different experience levels from the team. After that, all communication was through the HR representative. The team was really good at keeping in touch and answering any questions I had.
