Electrical Engineer
Easy interview with STAR questions about past projects. Two people interviewed me. No technical questions. Mostly project management questions about construction and safety. I answered everything naturally, drawing from my resume.
- Tell me about a challenging project and how you handled team members who weren't pulling their weight and affected project progress.
Electrical Engineer Intern
It was a straightforward behavioral interview. They asked questions touching on various aspects of my resume. Using the STAR method for answers should work well. The interview mainly consisted of a review of my resume and some of my past projects.

- Could you go over your resume?
- Tell me about a project you have completed.
