After that, they'll either send your application to the hiring manager to look over, or the recruiter will just set up the interview for you directly.

The Director was nice. He sat in the lobby incognito to get a first impression, so always act appropriately even before you arrive to the interview room. After the interview, I got a tour of the unit. I was asked ahead of time to bring scrubs and stay a couple of hours helping the unit. I presume he got feedback from the other nurses afterwards.

process was long and tedious may be worthwhile if you are interested in the position. required two meetings and a phone screening. met with various personnel in the health care field. took a while to hear back but again consider the value of the opportunity
