It was a friendly chat. Routine questions were asked. They gave a good explanation of the role and its requirements. We also talked about potential compensation and their own career paths within the company. The office setup was normal. Nothing out of the ordinary. I waited about 5 minutes, then they were ready to start.

My interview process took one week. I had a quick and easy phone screen then an in-person interview. The in-person interview (and after) left me with a sour taste of Legion Inc. When you're in the office there will be a least four other candidates waiting to be called in for the 15 mins in- person interview. The woman at the front desk was friendly and personable so she was asking us questions so it wouldn't be completely silent and ease everyone nerves. Therefore the candidates started to have small talk with one another, to then be interrupted by the same woman saying that she had just gotten pinged by one of the managers saying that people needed to be separated so you could focus on your interview. She made myself and other candidates get up and move into different seats a part from each other. I was, and still am completely appalled. That's when I decided I didn't want to work there because that's not the culture I was looking. The in-person interview was like any standard interview. Lastly, they were completely unorganized. Prior to going in for my in person interview I was called on three separate occasions for the same phone screen. Even on the same day of my interview, I was called two more separate times for a phone screen. I told them I had been there that morning and they had no clue. To the candidates, a word of advice: as much as the company is interviewing you, you should be interviewing the company.

It was a pretty straightforward 3-step interview process, honestly it was quite easy because they seem to be really desperate for people. I decided not to move forward with the company though, mainly because of a lack of transparency. It seems like the job would involve selling iPhone accessories on the street. So unless you're in a real bind and just need something for your resume, I'd probably advise against taking this job.
