I had an initial chat with HR at Legal Soft. After that, training began while I waited to be assigned to a client. Once a client picked me, I had two more interviews: first, with a partner at the law firm, and second, with the managing partner.

Contestaron todas las preguntas que tenia y aparte me explicaron muy bien el proceso, inicialmente me indicaron que recibiría un email diciendo si me aceptaron en las proximas 24 horas, pero no pasaron ni 30 minutos y ya tenia el correo en el que me aceptaban y los siguientes pasos

I had several Zoom interviews with prospective employers. The first one was directly with the recruitment staff at Legal Soft Solution. Afterward, they sent me interviews with different firms. In one case, since there wasn't just one initial recruiter, I wasn't sure what happened with previous interviews. Only after the first interview did they send me feedback or at least a response that I wasn't selected. In the following ones, I wasn't clear if I was still in the process or not because they would send an interview request from another firm. Generally, I think everything has gone well, and I'm starting training on the last day of this month. Before the interview starts, they put candidates in a virtual room and explain a bit about who the client is and what they're looking for, so one can start thinking about what attributes to highlight to get the job.
