The interview process had 5 detailed stages, including an informal chat, technical assessment, an online psychological test, and a review. It was a well-structured and thoughtfully designed process. I'm not sure if the actual interview process determines the successful candidate, though.

I applied online and a week later got an email to schedule a zoom call with the head of department. I never heard back after the zoom call to know if I was passed on to the next interview.
