Behavioral Technical

I went through a three-round interview process, with two rounds focused on the business side and one with HR. The environment felt friendly and collegiate. They offered great benefits, but it's a hot desk setup. I ended up declining the offer because the compensation package wasn't competitive enough.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a 4-stage process that took around 2 months. Started with a screening call, then I spoke with a VP, followed by a task-based interview, and finished with a face-to-face with the group lead. The communication towards the end was pretty disorganized.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a general discussion about the role, my skills, and my background. After the first interview, I was contacted to discuss salary expectations and informed about a second interview. This second interview was scheduled two weeks later. The second round had two parts. First, I had to complete an Excel exercise within an hour, based on vague instructions sent by email, with no opportunity to ask questions. The assignment itself seemed poorly conceived. Second, I presented my work from the exercise, followed by more questions about my skills and suitability for the role. The overall process management was quite poor, despite the initial quick scheduling of the first interview after a phone contact. I was told I'd receive feedback within three days of the second interview, but after over a week of no response, I followed up via email. I never received any feedback, which is disappointing even though I don't necessarily mind not getting the job.
