Graduate Scheme
The interview process was quite long and competitive, but that's pretty standard for most graduate schemes. My experience was a good one and the Recruitment team kept in touch really well.
- Can you explain why you're interested in this particular scheme?
- What are your reasons for wanting to join L&G?
Graduate Scheme
got a place of AC, first group exercise, then individual interview, individual pre. After AC, they said they could arrange a call to discuss feedback. Send email twice, no response.
- Tell me about a time you worked in a team.
Risk Graduate Scheme
First, you upload your CV. Then, you do online SHL tests, which include numerical and video assessments. After that, there's an online assessment center via Teams. This includes a group discussion for about 40 minutes, your presentation (around 10 minutes with Q&A), and an individual interview lasting 30 minutes. The whole process was quite smooth.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
- Can you answer some general competency-based questions?
- Do you have an understanding of commercial awareness?
