I applied online, then got an online assessment. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre which was offline. It had 3 rounds, each with 2 interviews and 1 group presentation. It all happened in their London office and lasted for half a day. I heard back about the results via email within 3-4 weeks.

The interview process was good and comfortable. The seniors, clerks, and other staff present were very polite and respectful towards me. They even offered me water and snacks.

The interview process varies based on the type of interview you had and the interviewer's quality and experience. Always be honest and cheerful when answering questions.
