It was pretty straightforward and conversational. First, there was a 30-minute phone interview. Then, I had a 1-hour face-to-face meeting in Hove with a panel of two people. Finally, the last interview was a casual chat with the director of digital.

The interview process was quite the experience. I made it to the final stage and was invited to their office. I spent over 100 on travel and accommodation because they said it was really important to come in person. Everyone was nice, but it felt a bit fancy and distant. The interviewers seemed unprepared, like they hadn't even read the questions. Then, I had to pitch a solution to a problem and do a group task to see how well we worked together, which was alright. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, but after three weeks, I emailed for an update and got an automatic reply saying the recruiter was out. Two more weeks passed, I emailed again and got completely ignored. It's been about a month and a half, and not only did I waste time with a company that talks about 'taking care of each other,' but I also wasted my own money and didn't even get a rejection email. Super unprofessional and frustrating.
