The interview process consisted of three parts. First, I had a chat with HR to talk about myself. Then, I had a semi-technical interview with two senior team members. The final stage was an interview with three senior team members and the head of pricing. I had high expectations for this company. After the three interviews, I was told I'd hear back in four days. It's been two weeks, and I've followed up twice with no response about my application. I feel like timely feedback is basic, especially after putting in so much time. This experience has been disappointing and makes me question their candidate communication.

Had an initial recruiter call to go over the basics like my availability, notice period, and salary expectations. Then, I had an online interview with the manager, which focused more on HR-type questions, my previous experience, and familiarity with various risk management tools and software. Finally, there was a second-round interview with more in-depth discussions.

The interview process included a 1-hour Excel test that heavily focused on pivot tables and some other intermediate Excel skills. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with the manager and one other person. They asked about 4-5 competency questions and some questions about why I wanted the role. The interviewers were friendly.
